Archibat Asia is looking for Project Manager for a world leading Interior Design practice specializing in Hospitality Design worldwide.
Responsibilities:-To organize the project team and allocate the workload to ensure project go smoothly -To coordinate with client, consultants, hotel operator (if have), organize/attend meetings, write the meeting minutes and follow up the project coordination.-To control of project programming, deliverables, and drawing standards to meet the project milestone; to coordinate with client, manager and internal for time schedule to meet the requirement within reasonable constraints; -To coordinate with oversea offices closely and responsible for the correspondence and general management of the project-To report the project status to the up leader and coordinate the issues during the project process. -To operate as mentor and providing skills training to the junior members of the design team, to manage and assess the team member.
Requirements:-Interior design relevant major with a bachelor degree or above.-Preferable 7-10 years and above work experience in high-end 5 star hotel design.-Have rich experience in high-end 5 star hotel project management and coordination.-Good at the production of tendering drawings, construction drawings and details drawings.-Local designer with good English in both writing and speaking; those with overseas education background or working experience in international design firms will be preferred.-Skilled in Auto CAD, Skechup, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Office ;-Smart, multi-tasking, proactive, detail oriented, good communication skills and team player;-Ok to do domestic travel and overnight stay during occasional business trips;
