岗位职责：
1、构建并管理公司档案资料与数据库，包括国内外媒体及出版刊物、竞赛获奖记录等
2、联络与接待媒体，安排采访，维护媒体档案、资源与数据库
3、管理公司官方网站，及时更新网站新闻，提高公司在市场及行业内的社交媒体曝光率
4、协调演讲、展览、活动的行程安排，并保持与主流媒体的合作与推广
任职资格：
1、广告、市场营销或相关领域专业，本科及以上学历，二年以上艺术推广或相关工作经验，有外资工作经验者优先
2、优秀的书面及沟通、表达能力，出色的文本校对和编辑能力
3、对建筑、设计与艺术有浓厚兴趣，并且具有良好的职业操守和团队合作精神
4、良好的中英文表达及书写能力
5、熟练操作Microsoft Office等相关软件

Job Description
1、Create and optimize internal media and press database, including online resources, domestic and overseas magazines, award records, etc.
2、Arrange interviews, and keep good relationship with the press
3、Manage official website, update latest corporate news, and increase market exposure rate
4、Coordinate schedule of speeches and exhibitions, and maintain cooperation with mainstream media
The Successful Applicant
1、Bachelor or above degree in Marketing, Advertising, Interior Design or related majors
2、Minimum 2 years experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Art Management or other related field, multinational company experience is preferred
3、High capabilities in speaking and writing, addicted to Design and Art, with strong interpersonal skills and team-work spirit
4、Fluent in both Chinese and English, familiar with MS Program
